Kenadie

I've started working on a new project.

It's for a little friend of mine, Kenadie.

She's turning one in March and I think she needs a special dress to help her celebrate.

I've done the sketch and now I'm working on the pattern.

I want to put a tatted lace trim on the collar, sleeves and hem.

I was tossing around the idea of white lace, but I'm thinking that will be a disaster on a toddler.
So, maybe it'll be ecru or a nice variegated pastel.

I'll have to wait and see what seems right when I get that far.

I can't wait to see how it turns out!
